3050 Project Six Cover Page

Your cover page should contain four items:


  • Title of project (at top of the page)
  • “Prepared for” line; remember, the final report is addressed to your final audience, not the instructors for this class (about a third of the page down)
  • “Prepared by” line (about two thirds of the page down)
  • Date (at the bottom of the page)

All of these components should be aligned in the vertical center of the page. You might decide to add a visual to the cover page, but none is required.
